Our standard delivery method is E-packet, which should arrive 7-14 business days after shipping.

Note that shipments are subject to additional customs, duties, taxes or other fees as well as possible delays due to customs.

We are not liable for any shipments once they shipped. Simply good does not cover any custom and duty charges. Customer is responsible for clearing the goods and paying any fees raised by country for custom and duty charges.


We stand by our products 100% and we will accept returns on any unused item within 30 days of purchase.

Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.  Any items returned that have been worn or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
