We stand by our products 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.  Any items returned that have been worn or damaged in any way will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for Simply Good to refund your credit card upon receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Simply Good is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Simply Good to refund your credit card upon receipt.
